TODAY EVERY INDIVIDUAL TRY TO PLAY A ROLE TO BUILD HIS CAREER IN HIS OR HER FIELD TO ACHIVE THE LIFE TIME GOAL WITH LOTS OF STRUGGLE AND PLANNING .....

But have you ever noticed that without skills on personel relationship ..The Achievements  are limited and even blocked to extent the person becomes frustrated an deemed as failure .

PARENTS AND CHILDRENS
STUDENT AND TEACHERS
BOSS AND COLLEAGES
COLLEAGES AND COLLEAGES
SELLER AND BUYERS
AND MANY MORE ....

So Person with skills on personnel will be happy with relationship and also gain social status of good person in society .

Tips are
1. Have win win strategy with person you want to have good relationship. most fail because they have i win u loose strategy ....and relation fail at very first stage itself.
2. The communication should be in line with the person both verbal and non verbal to refect same taste of life .
3. Flexibility of behaviour is another vital component, try to modify your rhythm to the person requirement.
4. platform of understanding should be at same level ...try to see things from another persons angle ...
5. Do not give advice without somebody asking you.
6. Talk less, and listen more ...people will be more interested to have relation with person who care and understand their problem and sympathy them .
7. Never ever bring business in between personnel relationship ....be give away nature ..but never expect any thing in return ..
8. Give Time to develop the relationship....not only on telephone , email, mobile but also personnel touch to maximum extent.
9. Never ever try to take advantage to situations of person, because each of us will have good time as well as bad time ...in need it is time to add fertilizers to make relationship stronger and deep.
10. Never ever entertain a person to the limit of contradiction . because each person will have his or her own privacy ...limit information , personnel touch to a limit ..or else relation will become a burden with will go to a extent that neither you will be in a position to continue nor leave ...so establish your own limit if any trespassing .....warn off politely .
11. Share your things only to extent agreeable, again to personnel limits .
12. Never say yes ....if you want to say no .....this will create problem tomorrow .....because of lack of trust
13. Relation depends and nurture on trust ...and confidence ...try to build with reliability .
14. Relation never build by single person ...it requires efforts from both sides ....so understand this ...before spending your time, money and personnel involvements.( checkout interest of person)
